Exploring the Early Signs of Catching a Cold
Have you ever felt like something was a little off before you actually knew you were catching a cold? In this experiential Yoception workshop, we’ll explore the subtle early sensations of catching a cold and ground them in body science.
Through reflection, simple practices, personal observation, and group conversation, we’ll learn how to become more curious and precise observers of our own bodies.
